Once your child has completed a Trial Day and been accepted to our program, the following documents are required:

• Completed Application Form
• A copy of the Applicant’s birth certificate
• Copies of the Applicant’s three most recent report cards (not applicable for kindergarten registration)

A non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure placement. Please see the Tuition Schedule for further details regarding fees and payment options.

Note that Applications are accepted throughout the year, at all grade levels, dependent upon the availability of space.
