Notes on Fees:

• There is a one-time Enrollment Fee of $1,000.00 for all new registrants, payable with the initial installment.
• Please make cheques payable to Aurora Preparatory Academy.
• Post-dated cheques or credit card information must accompany the completed Application Form. A nominal convenience fee of 1.5% will be applied to all credit card payments. We do not accept e-transfers at this time.
• A $50.00 NSF service charge will be added to all returned cheques or payments.
• A reduction in fees of $750.00 is offered for each sibling attending APA in the same academic year. This amount is deducted from the final payment. A pro-rated discount will apply for partial year attendance.
• Fees cover tuition, field trips, yearbook, student photos, and basic school supplies. Additional expenses include: uniform, school teams, ski trip, Graduation excursions, and After-Care expenses, as applicable.
• APA reserves the right to require the withdrawal of a pupil who fails to reach the standards expected by the School in either work or conduct. In this case, the School will refund fees for any full month in which the student did not attend after the dismissal date, less 20% of the full cost of tuition, based on the selected payment plan. Parental misconduct may also be grounds for removal.
• In the case of voluntary withdrawal, the full year’s fees shall be immediately due and payable.
• If an account remains owing for 30 days beyond the due date, APA reserves the right to cancel enrollment.
• Conditions for the Early Enrollment Incentive include: Incentive is only available until February 15, 2024 and any NSF payments not rectified prior to this deadline negate the availability of this offer.
•  Referral Bonus of $500 (per new enrollment) will be given to an APA family who is listed on a new registrant’s Application Form. If more than one referral is indicated, the bonus will be divided equally amongst those families. This bonus is issued in June of the academic year.
